Why VacantWatch exists.
VacantWatch started after founder Michael Clinton arrived at his wife's vacant house expecting to quote a rehab — only to discover a squatter inside.
From the street, everything looked normal.
Eventually, that same squatter returned and set the house on fire.
The lesson was simple:
Vacant homes require real oversight.
Cameras only show what the lens sees.
Neighbors don't always notice.
Problems grow quickly when no one is checking.
VacantWatch was built to catch issues early — before they become disasters.
