1. Services
VacantWatch provides human-verified property monitoring, including scheduled in-person inspections, documentation, and digital reports.
2. Activation & billing
A one-time $99 property activation fee is charged at sign-up. Recurring subscription charges begin only after your onboarding call and your first inspection has been scheduled. Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time.
3. Access & cooperation
Customer is responsible for providing accurate property information and any access required for the agreed scope of inspection.
4. Not a security or law-enforcement service
VacantWatch is a monitoring and reporting service. We are not a security guard, alarm response, or law-enforcement provider.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VacantWatch's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
